It’s a seven-kilometer rough and rugged scenic mountain road from the national highway to Borderside Mountain Resort. But as they say, the road to heaven is rough, and that there’s no road too rough for adventurers to ride. 

Indeed, the cool breeze and fresh air that greet visitors to this lovely place is worth the challenging trip on the dirt road. Only two rooms are available as of yet, and the second swimming pool that will complement the existing one is still at planning stage, but the resort is all ready for a day trip or an overnight getaway for a small group of friends or family outing.

Just bring your own food as there is no restaurant yet to quench your thirst or feed you when you get famished from all that swimming. 

There is no public transportation available except for habal-habal, so make sure to get your own ride in getting in and out of the resort.

Overall, this resort is still a work in progress, but it already promises to be one of Compostela’s shining stars.
